Refund Policy

Our goal is for you to enjoy, learn, and get real value from every effect you purchase from us. you have a 7 day return policy with a RMA Number.

While we take great care with every order, there may be rare occasions when an item arrives defective and needs to be returned. Unfortunately, mistakes or damage during shipping can happen in any online business.

Defective Items & Returns

Before returning any item, you must contact our us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please email invictusmagic@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line so we can quickly locate your purchase.

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Response times may be quicker during quieter periods and slightly longer during peak times such as holidays or major sale events.

Why We Can’t Offer Refunds on Everything

Invictus specializes in teaching magic, and many of our products are knowledge-based. Once a secret is learned, it can often be applied anywhere—regardless of whether the physical product is still in your possession.

Unlike a physical items, magic knowledge cannot be “returned.” Instructions may reveal methods, sleights, gimmick construction, or sourcing information that remains usable even after a return. For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds on Downloads and some products.

That said, if your item is truly defective, we will gladly replace it. You are fully protected in this case.

Exclusions:
We cannot replace or refund items damaged due to accidental or intentional misuse by the customer. For example, damage caused by washing an Invisible Deck in clothing is not considered a product defect.


Late Shipments

Invictus Magic does not control shipping carriers or their delivery timelines. As a result, we cannot issue refunds due to delivery delays.

During busy periods—such as holidays—shipping delays may occur. If you require faster delivery, we recommend upgrading service like Priority. However, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. At that point, you must either:

  • Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a return, or

  • Return the package after receiving it

All returns still require an RMA number. Once the item is returned to us undamaged, your refund will be processed.


Additional Return Terms (Legal Requirements)

  • Packages refused or unclaimed at customs and returned to our warehouse will incur a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Packages refused or abandoned at customs and not returned to us will not be refunded.

  • All authorized returns must clearly display a valid RMA number on the outside of the package and include the original packing slip.

  •  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Products must be returned within 10 days of RMA issuance.

  • Video Downloads tutorials Can Not be Returned. You are purchasing a secret.  but learned secrets cannot be undone.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume responsibility for items until they arrive at our warehouse. Insured shipping with tracking is strongly recommended.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • RMA returns are typically processed within 1or 2 business days after receipt of item.

  • Any damaged product must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
