The Progressive Kicker by Michael O'Brien – 007 GoldenEye Book Test

A 007 GoldenEye Book Test for Mentalism

The Progressive Kicker by Michael O'Brien brings thought-of-word revelations and unexpected endings to the recognizable world of 007 GoldenEye. This is a purpose-designed mentalism book test, not an ordinary reading copy of the novel.

Invite a spectator to select a word and keep it in mind, then reveal their thought. The Progressive system is designed to avoid memorizing lists of words, giving you more attention to spend on the person in front of you and the story you are telling.

Build Your Own Progression

Use one revelation for a short encounter or link several phases into a longer performance. The Progressive Book Test sequence lets you reveal three words from different parts of the book, building the scale of the revelations as the routine develops.

• Flashback: identify the first word of a page without forcing the page or knowing its number.
• Flashforward: reveal a word on the first line of the next page.
• Inception: explore a word-planting presentation.
• Any Word on Any Page: perform a hands-off thought-of-word routine.
• Tossed Out Book: extend the mind-reading effect to multiple participants.
• Hands-Free Forcing: force a word or page without touching the book.

A Finale Beyond the Word Reveal

The Kicker approach opens up additional presentations, including predicting a word before it is chosen and making a page vanish. Choose the ending that suits your character and combine it with the phases you want to perform.

This listing is for the 007 GoldenEye edition. Select it when the Bond-themed cover fits your presentation; The Time Machine and Hunger Games versions have separate listings.

“This is the best Book Test I have ever seen!”
