How to MEND a Torn Playing Card using Tape ( and Magic! )

This is MEND, a comically deceptive method for restoring a torn corner using Magic ( and sleight-of-hand! ). In The MEND, unable to restore the torn card, you admit defeat and fix the card using tape, however, there is a magical twist at the end as the participant is invited to remove the tape from the card, where they discover a perfectly restored playing card.
